Most of this was in the description but my husband and I lean towards homebodies or on the weekend we do lole to explore the city. When home we are usually playing videogames in the bedroom or watching or watching TV while we eat a meal. Our cat is chill. We do have 2 litter boxes for him. One in the bathroom to our bedroom and one in the entry way closet. We are pretty clean and try to keep the area clean. We are queer couple and we have liberal values and human rights morals....so no racists, homophobes, transphobes etc. We are kind and care about people so we wont just shrug you off! We are reliable so we wont skip rent or anything like that.

Hey! My husband and I are in a 2bed2bath first floor apartment and are looking for a 3rd roommate. Couples are welcome, but if both of yall work then we would divide the cost by 4! We dont have much furniture as we just moved in and didnt have much.
We have an ESA cat named Bingus, he is chill and mostly sleeps. Doesn't knock things over or get on the counters (unless food is left out for a long time). My husband and I, both males, im 29 he is is 38. We both work so gone most of the day (until I switch to hybrid schedule). We are chill, not big party people, like videogames and horror movies. We cook occasionally or meal prep in advance.
Costs. Total base rent is $1785, fees are around $120 (sewage/trash valet etc), Internet is $50, and electric for the 2 of us has been $150 so I say for 3-4 ppl $200/250. Since my husband and I both work and if its one more person split in 3 is about $720 per person to cover everything! If you have a non esa pet then you would be responsible for the pet deposit and pet rent. Groceries probably everyone buys their own but we can discuss it!
