I'm a working professional in IT in a house full of introverts. I'd consider myself fairly chill / laid back. Generally, my go-to hobby is bike riding, and hiking in the nature areas around town. Occasionally I'll go camping when the weather is cooler. The rest of the year board games are the primary social activity among my friends. Me and another of my roommates attend the same church, so we sometimes host small groups at the house for gatherings (include use of our home gym set). Although a few times a year we will host larger parties out on the deck when the weather is nice. As far as the day-to-day living situation, me and the other roommates tend to share chores around the house and typically keep the place more-or-less tidy, but not necessarily immaculate. Our work schedules don't typically overlap, so there are days were each of us basically have the entire house to ourselves. Although we do socialize with each other, usually through shared interest in similar Sci-FI TV shows among other things.

Current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease (ends on 9/30/2026), so his room will become available at that time. If things work out well there is an opportunity to sign a long-term lease later.
