Hi! I'm Nathan, I'm 23 years old and looking to split rent in Denver, preferably somewhere north of I-70, with 1-3 people. I'm clean, easy to communicate with, and have stable income so I'm pretty unlikely to miss any rent payments. I don't have any pets, but I do like animals so I have no problems living with yours if you have them :)

I love playing volleyball, snowboarding, guitar, and reading and I run a weekly online DND game every Sunday from 5-9pm with a group of my friends from back home in Illinois. I've also recently been getting into going to more concerts and festivals, and I'd love to keep up the trend! Some of this stuff does generate some noise, but I always make sure to quiet down by about 9pm. I have to wake up pretty early for work (5:30-6am), so sometimes I'll be heading to bed around that time anyway.

I'd love to room with some people I can be friends with, but am also totally fine with just coexisting in a shared space. I get that not everyone wants to be social all the time.
