A little about me.
I’m 34, I grew up in Minnesota and have had many adventures of living, learning and volunteering throughout the US and the world, including London, Middle East, Central Asia, and Los Angeles. I work in Refugee Resettlement and Employment Services, love cooking, running/ exercising, skiing, hiking, ethnic food, learning about cultures and languages, exploring the city or a cozy night in watching a film.
I am looking for someone that is clean and tidy, organized, drama-free and overall looking to create a respectful and relaxed living space for all. I also would appreciate a person open to getting to know one another and to building a friendly, interactive space, but also appreciate a balance of down time. I believe these things and good communication are important to build trust, and create positive space :).

Hii!! I’m looking for a female housemate (age 26-37) to join me in a 2 bathroom 2 bath apartment at the Waterford Cherry Creek apartments in Glendale for a move-in Dec 1. Super peaceful yet centrally located space. You would have the en-suite bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in closet.
Apt has in-unit full-size washer and dryer!, Central AC/ Heat, electric fireplace, extra locked storage room on patio, pool/ hot tub, gym, package lockers. Rent is currently $1167+ utilities (~$150/ mo) for this room. Lease is 12 months starting Dec. 1.
Unfortunately, because of allergies, cant accept any cats or large dogs… open to considering a small hypo-allergenic dog. The apartment complex is in Glendale 80246 (surrounded by Denver and centrally located). Walking distance to King Soopers, Target, Infinity Park (gym) and restaurants and Cherry Creek walking/ biking trail. The area is quiet and lots of greenery.
