Maire W - $1,500/month

I'm a recent college graduate. I just got hired as a high school teacher in NYC, and need to move for work purposes. I am generally a pretty quiet and out-of-the-way person. I'm usually very clean aside from the occasional laundry I wait a few days to fold, but shared spaces will be kept tidy. I like reading, listening to music, and keeping plants in my free time. I'm extremely afraid of bugs and my one weird thing is that I have to shower when I wake up.

I have a cat and it'd be great to take her along with me but if there is no space/some other reason that I can't bring her that's totally understandable. I love all kinds of pets.

Looking for a long-term lease as I'll have a pretty stable job and am also looking to pursue a Masters/PhD nearby so I can continue teaching while attending grad school.
