Park West Apartments

I am a student at Loyola Marymount University. I am looking for roommates to share a luxury apartment near campus. I am quiet and clean and keep normal hours.

I plan to live off-campus next year, from August 2020 to May 2021. I have not rented the apartment yet. The set-up would be two people per room in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

I have a very sweet adult cat and do not drink or smoke. I am looking for a roommate to share the master's bedroom with me (seperate beds, obviously). The monthly cost of a twin bed in the master's bedroom will be $800/month.

I am also looking for someone to stay in the second bedroom. Rent is $1500 for the whole room or $750 per bed, including utilities. All people's names will be on the lease. I

Everybody's name would be on the lease. As I said, I have not yet rented the apartment. I am open to negotiating about prices; I just want a situation that is convenient and fair for everyone.
