- Less than a mile away from a grocery store, 24-hour fitness, and many other places to eat/shop
- Close to bike/running paths

Who we Are (& will be!):
- One medical professional (Male, 25)!
- Typically out of the house most of the time between career and weekend activities.
- Likes spending time outdoors—some hobbies include hiking, snowboarding/skiing, sports, live music, and camping.

The space:
- 5-bedroom/3-bathroom single-family house
***Master has it's own bathroom, bathroom-1 and 2 shared respectively with whomever occupies Room 1-2 (upstairs) and Room 3-4 (downstairs)
- 1,800 square feet
- Fully remodeled and nicely updated over the past 12 months.
- Large open floor plan for kitchen/living room.
- Completely furnished common living spaces (upstairs and downstairs).
****Can furnish bedroom, just ask me and we'll figure it out together
- A large backyard (grill to be added)
- Laundry located in basement with plenty of space for extra storage
- Garage ($), space in driveway & street for parking.
- All utilities are split five ways (gas, water/sewer, internet, and garbage), which is already included into the monthly rent
- Security deposit of one month's rent due to secure spot. First month’s rent due on move-in.
- One-person occupancy per room
- Applicant must be non-smoker (cigarette)
- No dogs larger than 50 lbs (Fees: $300 non-refundable deposit, $40/monthly)
**1 medium-sized dog currently occupies (and we have a dog door!)

- Must submit background check & credit reports (~$40 fee)
