Shared 4br 1.5bath with dog and backyard

I would like for people to see it and meet my dog before committing. His high energy is not everyone’s cup of tea. To see it, any day after 6pm is great for me.

So the apartment is a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath. We split internet ($20 each) and utilities (~$20-50 per month). The backyard access is through my room, but I don’t mind when people come through there. You can also use your window 🙃. The place is old so there are rattling pipes from time to time and the walls are thin, but its a great place and the landlord is on top of any issues you bring up with them. Near the Grand L stop, great neighborhood, restaurants, bars, laundry nearby.

We all get along great, respectful, clean but not oppressively, we have different schedules so in never feels crowded. I'm 32 gay man, love to cook, smoke weed, listen to music. My boyfriend stays over a lot, we are social and go out weekends, but I stay in most weekday evenings. I always say I want to have a party and people over haha but it never happens hopefully more this summer. I have been keeping my dog in his crate during the day while I'm at work (8-5) but he does fine having free reign of the apartment while alone too. Gravy is a 3yo pitt mix, he has a lot of energy and wants to be all up in your business.
Cat lives in the front room, she is very sweet, loves music and plants She also works at Macy's (displays/windows). She works in the city normal weekday hours but she is probably home the least; away most evenings and weekends. Jose is in the middle room, he has an opposite schedule working in the evenings and weekends driving uber, and sleeping during the day. Very quiet, I never really know when he is home, when we do see each other we talk a lot of politics and nerdy stuff.

The room is going to be available , so you would be added to the lease. We just renewed so it is until the end of February. They also don't penalize you for breaking it early as long as you find a replacement. If you are interested let me know and we can come up with a time for you to come see it.
