bedroom+office in ridgewood

In search of a roommate to share this huge four bedroom apartment with me, as a sort of live/work space!

your rooms : bedroom + studio/office room. both around the same size + both have windows, can fit queen or fullbed and dresser/a desk etc. the room currently used as a studio faces the backyard, and has nice morning light, view of a nice tree, and is very quiet (if you would want to use the room for music making)

your rooms are in the back, and as we both have 2 rooms there's a nice sense of having your own space, in this place!

the apartment: 3rd floor apartment in ridgewood (between forest and seneca M trains). has a nice kitchen (dishwasher!) and living room. radiator heat. no laundry, but one around the corner. really great neighbors in this building.

about covid : i am immunocompromised, thus need to maintain a house that is more covid-cautious than most, these days. currently what that means, is doing at-home tests with guests if we hang in the common spaces; and being cautious+ testing ourselves if we go to big events, travel, etc. happy to chat if you have questions about this ! main thing me and current roommate have found, is to have an open channel of conversation about this, as the situation continues to develop.
