Hi! I'm currently living in Germany but moving back to New York around Thanksgiving. I'll be moving with my boyfriend who will also be living with me, but we plan to rent two rooms to have one for an office/studio and one for a bedroom. So we would be fair roommates! Plus, he's an awesome permaculture gardener and plant keeper. (We'll try to find a place with at least a bit of outdoor space so he can bring us fresh veg and herbs). He and I love to cook and bake fresh bread, so we also have that going for us.

Ideally we'd like to find 2-3 roommates to create a cooperative living space. We are thinking open space loft vibes or townhouse, around 1,200 for each room. Our roommates should be open, compassionate, easy going, clean according to your mother, and communicative folk. The ideal is to create a home that we all feel comfortable and happy in, full of color, DIY furniture, and life!

Both of us have work outside of the apartment, so we won't be around all day long.
