Available Room for Rent

3br/1.5ba on Ridgewood/Bushwick border

A friend and I just got a 3br/1.5ba apartment in a brand new building near the Myrtle-Wyckoff subway stop, and we're looking for a roommate to fill the third room. He and I work full-time, and I will be working from home for the foreseeable future. He is currently overseas and potentially returning in late September, but will be working in the office once he returns. We're both pretty laid back and open to hang out with our roommate but can very much respect personal space/privacy when needed. I also have a four-year-old dog, and additional pets are welcome! (He's very friendly with other dogs.) The apartment is a 4/20-friendly and inclusive environment.

The apartment has a dishwasher, and the building has a laundry room. There is also roof access and will eventually be a fitness center. Please don't hesitate to ask if you'd like to know more!
