We’re looking for a third person to join a 1-year lease starting October 1st. We have lived in this apartment for the past two years and intend to stay, as it is truly a wonderful place and a catch for NYC. The place is calm, quiet and super large (1,400 sq ft).

Bedrooms are spacious (yours would be ~ 12.5’ x 10.0’, plus a large closet).
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
No in-unit laundry, but 4 min walk to a bunch of laundromats.
5 min walk to Nassau G stop.
<5 min walk to a couple Citi bike racks.
Convenient for getting to the Bedford L and the Court Square E/M/7 by the G train or Citi bike.
Close to McCarren Park and McGolrick Park.
Lots of great bars and restaurants around: Ponyboy, Le Fond, La Norteña, Spritzenhaus, Good Room, etc.
Excellent groceries access.

About us:
We are two 26-year-old guys, originally from Europe, and friends from college. One of us is self-employed in web development and Russian culture, and the other works for a fintech start-up. We live free lives with relatively flexible schedules, and value good work-life balance. Among the things that either one of us enjoys are: going to the beach, biking around the city, reading/talking about history, and doing nothing. Finally, we do throw occasional dinner parties, but most nights we’re just doing our own thing relaxing.
