Hi there!

I have a large bedroom (fits bed plus work from home desk) with its private bathroom and walk-in closet available in a 2 bed 2 bath.

The apartment is on the penthouse floor with views of Prospect Park and Brooklyn with large windows and loads of natural light. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and the apartment has all the luxury amenities (AC, washer dryer, fiber, dishwasher, hardwood floors etc).

Building includes:
• Billard room
• Work-space
• Gym
• Parking

The neighborhood:
• 5min walk to the Q/B subway station
• 5min walk to Prospect Park
• Many restaurants (Risbo, Bonafini, Eddie's Joe, etc) within a 10-minute walk or less.
