Hi all!

I am looking for a subletter for a room available on 4/1 through 10/31 (with option for renewal) in the bed stuy/Clinton hill area. 7 minute walk from the Franklin C or Nostrand A/C, 10 minutes from the G train.

We have been in the apartment and the area for a year and a half and have loved it. There’s a beautiful community, it’s a quiet street, and we love our space! Great coffee + bagels nearby - always a perk.

About the apartment:
- Ground floor + garden level
- Spacious living room upstairs with a more casual den downstairs
- In unit washer/dryer
- Portable dishwasher for use
- Private backyard - we are looking to clean it up for the Spring!
- Upstairs bedroom being converted into communal office space at time of move
- We have an extra room and access to the boiler room where we store things. We are kinda toying around with what this room should be but leaning towards a studio space of some sort for art/music.

About the room:
- Large bedroom with closet
- On garden level, with large window and private backyard access
- Private bathroom
- Only bedroom being used downstairs, allowing for a semi-private floor to yourself with the option for a private entrance, as well
- Comes unfurnished (everything you see will be used in the office) but bedroom furniture is for sale from our roommate who is leaving

About us:
- 2 girls (23,25 … Libras) and 2 cats (sweet, awesome)
- 420, LGBTQIA+ and POC friendly. Non-negotiable
- We enjoy time alone, but love to share dinner together (We love to cook for people!) and hang out when we have the time and space
- Clean, communicative, and chill

We are looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who will enjoy the privacy of the space and prioritize a welcoming and safe home life. We prefer to address any potential issues head-on and support each other living full and fun lives!
