About Me

I am an Army veteran with a few minor disabilities. I am looking for a roommate that will not mind helping with the cleaning and basic assistance around the house like shopping or even cooking every now again. I am asking $750 +$200 deposit with all bills paid as long as you can help out with the kitchen and light cleaning. Renters insurance is paid and it’s $50 for a garage or $12 for parking under the awning, otherwise it’s free parking uncovered. I’m easy to get along with as I stay to myself. I don’t care if you are male or female: I need a roommate not a bed mate. I do not date and my daughter comes about 2 or 3 times a week. No smoking or overnight guests and no alcohol or drugs in my apartment. Otherwise, it’s free reign as long as your kind, respectful and we are on the same page.

I am a 55 year old woman with 2 ESA felines in a 1080 square ft 2/2 loft apartment. I live on the first floor. The room is not furnished with a bed but it has the queen bed frame, blue curtains and a blue rug and a private bath with a garden tub. The walkin closet is small but it’s a walk in. I have a small patio with furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/Dryer.
I have cable tv and internet access for your room and a security system being installed on Wednesday. You will pay me but you will have to pass the application and pay the $75 app fee to be put onto my lease. I DO NOT DRINK, SMOKE, OR USE RECREATIONAL DRUGS. I WOULD APPRECIATE THE SAME TYPE OF PERSON TO RENT THE ROOM.
