Upper West Side Apartment

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for an apartment on 106th starting mid December until July 31st, 2021 with the option for an extension. The rent is $1095 a month + $50-70 for wifi and electricity. The bedroom is large enough to fit a full/queen sized bed and desk and has two closet spaces. The common areas are furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished. Your roommates would be three other girls in their 20s, two work/study at Columbia, and I'm looking for another young female to take my place.

The apartment is located between Central Park and Riverside Park and is near a lot of restaurants and bars. It's also close to a bus stop and multiple subway stations. It's a very safe neighborhood with a mix of students and families.
