The apartment: Recently renovated duplex with two bedrooms and a cozy upstairs common space. Exposed brick. Lots of sunlight. The kitchen is huge with high ceilings. The main bedroom is available, right next to the bathroom. It comfortably fits a queen bed with a large frame, several dressers, a desk, and has a huge closet almost the size of the entire wall. It’s a very quiet street so parking is always accessible right outside of the apartment, and tickets aren’t given. so it’s great if you drive!
The location: one block away from the grand L train. Plenty of local delis, cafes and shops as well as lots of great bars. Quick walk to Cooper park. It’s very quiet at night.
