I live with one other roommate, Frankie. We are looking for a third roommate for the other bedroom. The current third roommate will know whether or not she's renewing her lease by the end of June, so we are trying to be proactive in our roommate search in case she does choose to leave.
The room would be available August 1, 2026.
We enjoy decorating the common areas as a group. If you find it fun to thrift and shop secondhand -- or if you like to create your own art -- you will likely enjoy the space. It's very beautiful with a lot of windows and natural light.

Hello, welcome to our beautiful home! Please read this entire message. This is a beautiful and very spacious 3rd floor walk-up in the Rogers Park area of North Chicago. It’s a three bedroom apartment and we’re renting out the third room. We appreciate a warm and secure home that is comfortable for all. We are women and would prefer to rent to another woman, but this is negotiable. We’re both in our 30’s and would prefer someone 25+
Our lease begins on August 1st and runs through July 31 - it’d be wonderful to meet someone who could stay longer!
The Space: Large sunroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Washer and dryer in the building, and great, attentive landlords.
The Bills: Not included. Rent is $600.00 (!!!) Wi-Fi $15ea. Gas $75 - $15ea (we like warmer winter temps (70+). Electric $75 - $20ea.
Roughly $675 - $745 - Higher bills in the winter and we’re working on adding weatherproofing to lower the winter bills too!
The Room: Medium sized with a large closet and two big, beautiful windows. The room will be unfurnished - also feel free to help us decorate the rest of our home!
The Location: Very close to the redline Loyola Stop (10mn walk in a safe neighborhood), as well as close to the Clark and Devon intersection (5mn walk) with access to the 22, 151, 36, and 155 busses. About 45mn public transit to downtown.
