Looking for Compatible 3rd Roommate in TriBeCa Loft

Massive furnished loft with high ceilings, sky lights, wood floors and brick walls. Large open kitchen and three reasonably sized bedrooms. The open room will be the one near the couch/living area. We have in unit laundry, a massive open roof space and plenty of additional amenities (bumper pool, darts, putting, mini basketball). The location is incredible for all public transport around the city, and we are only a few minutes from the West Side Path for cycling/running. Easy walk to FiDi/SoHo and quick subway up to Midtown.

We are looking for a compatible third to take place of a great friend moving out in August/September. We are active guys who enjoy going to the gym, biking around the city, playing sports (hockey, golf, soccer, skiing) and also like to have a good time with friends on weekends. We are easy-going guys, and like to keep the apartment tidy, but not overly concerned about things laying around here and there. We are both working remote at the moment, but as the Fall comes, we will likely be in office 2-3 days a week. Ideally we would like to lock someone in for a year.
