The apartment is a 3 min walk to the Green line , 5min walk to the Orange Line and a 10min walk to Northeastern University. The building has a gym, library, a little patio and has a rooftop pool! There is also a concierge at the entrance who will hold your packages for you and notify you!

About the room-: Rent is $1237 for that room. 10th floor with beautiful sunrise and neighborhood views. There is a lot of natural light! There is a plenty of closet space and you would be sharing the apartment with three other female roommates(two working professionals and one full-time student) and a cat!
