I'm a diamond driller ( mineral exploration miner) at a remote mountain mine up by Prince George. I work a 28 on 14 off schedule, making me the perfect tenant.  

I just moved to Vancouver from  Ottawa 3 months ago, I am currently staying with a friend while I worked a few rotations and stacked up a nice savings. i can more than afford my own place, but I want to continue to stack my savings with as minimal monthly expenses as possible. While I get to know the areas of the city, and figure out where ill be planting my roots 

I'm looking for November 1st move in.
I have first and half ready
I have an amazing 7 year reference from my last residence in Ottawa
my shifter is happy to give employment reference
I have great paystubs
no vehicle, no parking needed
single occupancy
I do not smoke, I dont vape and no drugs. We get random drug tests at work and get tested when getting to camp.  I only have drinks on vacation or with a very fancy dinner. (rare)
