Hey!! Currently looking for two female roommates to move into my apartment August 1, 2025. Located in Hells Kitchen (upper 40ds street between 8th and 9th ave) the apartment is a 3bdr 2.5 bath with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and good sized kitchen with a large living room. Apartment is completely furnished (besides two bedrooms) and is around 1,500 sqft. It is a walk-up but I live on the second floor. Because it is a 2.5 bath, two roommates share one shower, and everyone gets their own toilet.

Individual rent is between $2,500 to $3,000 per month.

I will be finishing my masters degree at Fordham University and will be looking for work for the summer, which means, while I love to go out and have fun girls nights, get drinks, and have movie marathons in the living room, school is a priority (I have spent days locked in my room doing homework). This is one of the reasons I prefer to live with individuals also getting a masters degree or younger working professionals.

I have a long-distance boyfriend that will sometimes spend a week over at the apartment (but it is not a once a month type of stay, more like once every 2 ish months).

Guests are welcomed anytime and no problems with guests staying over for long periods (as long as it's not like 2 weeks every month).

I am super easy going, CLEAN, and want to create a friend vibe between all the roommates where we are laughing in the living room, going on random adventures, and just all getting along!

***You just have to be clean, help clean communal spaces, willing to be build friendships with roommates and not just stay in your room, and KIND!!
