Hey! We’re Taylor and Maddy currently looking for one female roomate to move into our apartment August 1, 2025.

Located in Hells Kitchen (upper 40ds street between 8th and 9th ave) the apartment is a 3bdr 2.5 bath with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a large living room with a nice kitchen. Apartment is completely furnished (besides one bedroom) and is around 1,500 sqft. It is a walk-up but we live on the second floor.

Looking for someone to fill the second bedroom that comes with a private bathroom! Individual rent is approximately $2,440 plus $107 for utilities.

A little about me, I’m Taylor, a 23 year old masters student studying AI and Marketing at Fordham University. When I’m not in my room drowning in homework, I like socializing in the living room with my roomies, going to new restaurants trying to find bars that have passion fruit for a pornstar martini, or just turning normal day errands into fun adventures. I’m clean (especially in the kitchen/ in communal areas), social, and while i love a good night out, I also value chill nights in binging a tv show or chatting on the couch with a glass of wine in hand!

A little bit about Maddy:
Hey I’m Maddy! I’m 24 years old and I work in finance. In my free time I love to go for runs and do Pilates. I also love bread, wine, cheese and cake. On the weekends I love to go out to bars and restaurants. I also love going to concerts, sports games, etc. I’m clean! I don’t know how to cook, so I rely on frozen food, rotisserie chicken l, and takeout!
