The space is really special , it’s actually two apartments combined into one huge 1,400 sq ft home with 15ft ceilings, lots of plants and artwork.

* Rooftop access with chairs and a table for hanging out or catching some sun

About the Room:
The room is cozy and fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk, chair, side table, and closet. It faces a quiet park, gets beautiful natural light, and has its own AC unit for the summer. It’s not the biggest room in the apartment, but it’s warm, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home.

Location:
The building is right across from the F train, so you can get anywhere in the city (or to Brooklyn) in minutes. Trader Joe’s, Target, tons of cafes, bars, and restaurants are nearby.

* 15 min to East Village
* 20 min to FiDi / Seaport

Roommates & Vibe:
You’d be sharing the apartment with two amazing guys in their 20s , both professionals (tech + finance), very friendly, clean, and relaxed. They’re social but respectful, and the overall vibe at home is chill, tidy, and good-energy. Everyone’s busy with work and life, but always down to chat or hang out.

Move-In: Dec 15th (flexible)
Lease: 1-year sublease with option to extend
