Hi, my name is Saeli and I’m looking for someone to fill a huge private bedroom with an en suite bathroom...and a tub!

The available bedroom fits a queen or king size bed, depending on how much additional furniture you'd like to have, and it has a walk-in closet. We have a very spacious living room and kitchen with updated fixtures and appliances, including a dishwasher. No washer/dryer in unit but there is one available in the basement of the building for an additional fee.

The apartment is technically three bedrooms, but the third bedroom is my office since I work from home full time as an entertainment PR professional. Looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of a year-long lease (April 1-December 31) with the option to renew at the end. Ideally hoping for someone to join me long-term, as I've been in this apartment for almost six years now ☺️

We’re on the second floor, but there are only 3 units in the whole building. We’re right between the J and M on the border of Bushwick and Bedstuy and less than a 10 minute walk to heart of Bushwick.
