Hi! I'm Marie, I work in marketing for a fashion brand. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and hanging out in the neighborhood.
Our 4 bedroom apartment has 1 room open for rent - you would be taking over a lease until September 31, 2021.
You would be living with 3 responsible, mature, and kind roommates who are currently working from home during the pandemic. We are working in fashion, marketing, and theatre, and are creative minds otherwise. I have a cat; she keeps to herself, is clean, and quiet, but will sometimes play in the common area during the day.
We keep the apartment clean, quiet and livable for everyone. The shared area doubles as a work space during some days (otherwise we work from our bedrooms). At night, we are cooking, watching TV, or hanging out in the shared space - or in our bedrooms (we appreciate communal gatherings as much as our isolation!). We hang out outside the apartment, share overlapping friends, and enjoy living with one another. Two of us met through work and the other was met through Gypsy Housing. We've been living together for over a year, and enjoy living together.

Hi! There is a free bedroom opening up in our 4 BR Bushwick apartment - this is a lease takeover until September 30, 2021.
Bedroom has large windows and a small closet. Room is located in the back of the apartment (facing away from the main road). Furniture is available for purchase (bed and some other small bedroom pieces).
Apt has 1.5 bathrooms, central AC/heat, dishwasher and laundry in the basement ($1 for load). Cute semi-finished roof with view of NYC. There's 6 other apts in the building, tenants are typically considerate.
You are blocks away from the J, M, L, Z trains. Short walk to Maria Hernandez park. Bodega at the end of either block, several grocery stores nearby, restaurants and bars aplenty. Near Knickerbocker which is filled with dollar stores, furniture, supplies, etc.

The apartment is leased through an agency. Agency is pretty quick to respond and easy to work with; they don't bother the residents. There is a first months rent and deposit due to move in, and if your credit isn't up to snuff, you will need a guarantor.
