I'm a college student/playwright looking for someone to rent a 2-bedroom apartment with. I love to cook, go for walks, and watch foreign films. Favorite topics of conversation include the recent cannibalization of the movie theater industry, the socioeconomic benefits of public transportation, and my roommate's problems. Any Parks and Rec references are appreciated.

I'm neat and organized and generally quiet. Although I spend most of my time at school and work and independent bookstores, I also like my apartment to be a hospitable place where one can potentially entertain guests if one has time/energy/friends. I also speak a little French.

I'm a very friendly person with a high tolerance for BS. If you don't yell or make my room smell like weed, we'll probably get along fine.
