I am immoncompromised so I cannot live with anyone who is not up to date on all of their vaccinations and willing to prove it. I can show proof of all of my vaccinations for Covid and everything else they would let me get so far.
I am a night owl and I work swing shift.
I have decent credit and pay my rent on time and I come with good rental references and history.
I am a non smoker. If you smoke I ask that you please limit it to outdoors, so a patio or balcony would be nice.
I am an ideologically progressive secular humanist,
looking for someone similar who cleans up after themselves in common or shared areas most of the time and does not expect me to do it for you.

I am allergic to dogs, but open to all other types of legal pets.
My cat is big(20 lbs) but gentle and gets along with everyone.
I have allergies so i need to live in place sans carpet.
If you are an alcoholic or addicted to hard drugs please don't bother with me, I am an occasional light drinker, but I don't go crazy with it.
I need my own bedroom and prefer my own bath room.
I am looking for a place to move in late Dec. of 2022. I just signed a six moth lease, but I like to plan ahead.:)
