Hey everyone, my name is Erica! šš¼ I own and reside in the property and my current roomie and I are seeking a new roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom of our home! This updated (and super cute) townhome is in SUCH a good, safe location. Quick highway access to both I-35 and President George Bush Tollway. AlsoāOnly a 9 minute walk to nearby public park and dog park!
The bedroom available to rent is one of the bedrooms upstairs. Size dimensions available upon request. You would be sharing a large upstairs bathroom with my current roommate, Maria. There is a lot of storage space for 2 people in the bathroom so thatās a huge plus!
So what's it like living with us? Iām 31 years old and working full time as a day shift cardiac ICU nurse in Plano. I'm a social person, mostly an ambivert by nature. I love happy hour/wine nights, binging Netflix (etc), concerts/live music, exploring new places, working out at my barre classes and traveling! My roommate Maria is 21 years old and currently a full time grad student at Parker University in Dallas. Both Maria and I are trustworthy, kind and always believe in maintaining good communication with each other. We are respectful of each-otherās space and belongings and we like keeping all common areas picked up and clean. One thing you will notice when you see pics of our home is that both Maria and I are avid plant-people. š šµšŖ“
Pets: I have a 10 year old cat who is semi-hypoallergenic, front-paw declawed, *very* easy-going/friendly by nature and gets along with other cats and dogs! Maria also has 2 cats of her own and they mostly stay to themselves but are also used to being around other animals with no problems. I would *ideally* not be looking for anyone who has any cats since we already have 3 living in the household but I will probably address this on a case-by-case basis. Small/medium dogs welcome!

The common areas of the townhome are *fully furnished* and has an open floor plan with updated kitchen and living room. Carpet is present throughout entire upstairs except for bathroom. Small fenced yard w/ patio in backyard. The small gym and swimming pool are located within the complex. Washer and dryer included in unit.
