1 room and private bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment

Looking for a third female or LGBT roommate to rent 1 bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Would be living with 2 other roommates in a 3 bedroom apartment. Shared space includes a kitchen, living room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Apartment complex has a gym, doorman, elevator and balcony.

Other costs include wifi for $33 a month and ConEd which varies monthly. We try to keep that cost down by conserving energy use when reasonable. We are pet friendly, though the building’s fee for pets is an extra $100 a month for rent. You can also purchase a parking spot for a monthly fee in the building’s parking garage.

We are both women in our mid 20s. One of us works from home a few days a week. We keep shared spaces clean. We are 420 friendly but not huge stoners ourselves- we will be flexible with your preferences. We both have boyfriends who stay over sometimes and we like to have friends over occasionally but we keep pretty quiet overall.
