I am a soloist with the New York City ballet ans would love to find a roommate to occupy the empty room in my apartment. I’m am not home very often as I stay at my boyfriend apartment many nights, but I love my apartment and I’ve made it very cozy. I have a little dog named Luna who is very sweet. I hope to find someone to make better use out of my apartment it’s a gem in the city!

This beautiful apartment is conveniently located just one block from the 125th street 2/3 train stop which is located just steps from a Whole Foods. This historical and charming location in Harlem hosts many great local restaurants as well as the lovely Marcus Garvey park. The space is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The upstairs bathroom with sits in between the two bedrooms has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a glass walk in shower. The apartment boasts a beautiful balcony overlooking an interior court yard and sits off of the communal kitchen. We also have an entire open roof space that is for our private use only. Their is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment, along with a dish washing machine in the kitchen. A wonderful private staircase winds through the center of the apartment to connect the three floors. It is a very quiet apartment in a safe neighborhood with plenty of light from the south facing windows in the kitchen. The bedroom that is available for rent is the largest of the two bedrooms in the apartment. It has two large closets and easily fits a queen size bed, dresser, bed side table and desk. It can be available furnished or empty. I’ve absolutely loved living in this wonderful apartment for a year and a half now, and would love to find someone to join me in the second room as my current roommate will be moving out this month.
