Hi, I'm Scarlett, and I've lived in this apartment for several years because I love the lake view and wildlife. I work for Disney as a Paramedic. I have one dog (Barley) who's 5 and extremely affectionate and will want to be around you. He's lived with other dogs and cats without issue. I'm pretty chill, I don't mind some guests or the sound of music or TV. I don't really have people over often. I do sometimes play music or watch TV, but not too loud or too late. I'm kind of a geek, like PC gaming and anime, theme parks, and going to concerts. My only expectations are you pay bills on time, help keep the common area clean, and be able to communicate.

I will have a room available June 1st. It's a bedroom with a private bathroom and porch overlooking the lake. First floor. There is also a spare room which is currently set up as a guest room and yoga space, but can be used an of office or whatever you like. The community is The Wesley apartment complex. I've lived here for several years. The complex has a gym, tennis courts, pool, grills, and a dog park. The front office staff is very nice. Parking is good. You would be living with me and my doggie, Barley.
