Looking for a female roommate with a full time job. The unit has a shared space with kitchen and living room area as well as a balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. I have a cat, who usually stays in my room most of the time, but is friendly after meeting people. Rent is $1000 which covers the rent with fees and half of the internet bill. Light can be split once the bill is due. Pictured is the room and attached bathroom with the larger closet of the unit you will have, unfurnished. This is a third floor unit shared with myself. I work and go to school online full time. My interests are going to local shows/concerts, bars, thrifting, and crafting.
