I meal prep every week, so a decent amount of room in the fridge is needed. At least half. I normally go to bed early and wake up early. I rarely have anyone over, but a big part of that is because I live quite a ways away from friends and coworkers. Even still, I like my own space. I’m quiet unless I’m cooking. I workout regularly.
