Ramesh A - $1,500/month

I am Ramesh 44 years old and working as a Senior Data Engineer in Microsoft. I am living in AZ for last 9 years and living in my current apartment for last 4 years. My lease is going to end by this coming August and I got offer in CVS and will join on September. I was doing work from home for last 4 years especially since after Covid pandemic. But my new job is hybrid so weekly twice or 3 days I need to goto office which is located in Scottsdale. So I am looking room in Scottsdale area close to my office.

I am living healthy life style so I never did the smoke, drug, alcohol. I am more working professional so always spend time to learn new technologies to upscale my career and workout in gym to maintain my fitness. I love cooking and I used to cook my food. 

I always maintain my room and kitchen neat and clean.
Never leave the things just like that. After cook I clean then space snd maintain the place very well.

I will pay the rent on time without any delay. So you no need to worry about remind me bcoz I already had such experience with my past roommates.
