Elderly female looking for someone (same sex) to rent a room in my mobile home in a gated 55+ community. My home is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an addition, front and back covered patios and small fenced yard. I have a small dog that gets along with other animals. The community has two clubhouses and lots of activities. Covered parking that you have to share with my golf cart. Room will have own A/C this week and in the process of cleaning it out except for the bed which can be removed. Month to month preferred for both parties
