Ryan S - $1,800/month

I am from the south, spent most of my years in West Palm Beach, Florida and moved to Savannah, Georgia 4 years ago for college. I completed an internship in New York last summer and stayed in the Bronx for a few months. I am returning to the same company and would like to settle around Late May-Early June. I'd be working from 9-5 from Tuesday-Thursday at the office, and at home on Monday and Friday Overall, I have not had roommates in the past; however, when I had stayed with family I was generally clean, where cleaning gets done on a 2 week basis. I play video games with a couple of friends at night nearly every other day; however, it is atypical if it lasts over midnight and am not loud during calls. I'm not someone that really parties or organizes any parties, nor do I typically have guests come over. I am someone that is friendly and likes to chat with others; however, there are times where I'd want my personal space. Looking for people that are similar in what I've described, and are around my age.
