I am a born and raised New Yorker looking for a roommate! I have lived in Washington, DC for the past two years but am moving back to NYC January 1. I am a quiet, respectful roommate. I lived with my randomly-assigned college roommate for all four years of school, and (not to brag, but) my current DC roommate told me I am the best roommate he has ever had. I also love to bake and hope to share my creations with you.
My ideal roommate is: quiet, respectful, and a morning person rather than a night owl. My shift is from 5am-1pm, so I need to go to bed 8pm-9pm so will need (reasonable) quiet then. I will also, of course, be quiet in the morning as I leave for the day.

Bright, Hardwood-Floored Room in Midtown East!
I am looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom with hardwood floors and natural light. The apartment is on the 10th floor and very quiet. The apartment has a shared but spacious bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Both rooms have AC unit/ heater. Laundry room in basement. Building has doorman.
My ideal roommate is quiet and a morning person rather than a night owl. My work shift is 5am-1pm, so I will need to go to bed 8-9pm and have quiet during that time. That being said, I am a quiet, respectful living partner and I’d like to think a good roommate- I lived with my randomly-assigned college roommate all four years and my current roommate has told me I’m the best roommate he’s ever had. I also like to bake and hope to share my creations with you.
