What's up? My name is Jose Crespo and I am looking for the right roommate to share a place with in Miami. I am originally from New Jersey but I am looking to move to Miami to try something new and get out of my comfort zone. I am a college graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. However, I am not currently employed in the industry in which I studied for. I am currently happily working as a mixologist at one of the top bars in the USA. I am looking to branch out of New Jersey and live somewhere where its sunny and warm all the time. I love people so the congestion of people is not too much of an issue for me. Ideally, I want to move in to a place and then find consistent work as a bartender in South Beach. I have my own car, so I can work for Uber to afford the minimal payments and responsibilities, but I am certain I won't be stuck doing that for long. I am outgoing and experienced with an engaging personality, so finding work in the hospitality industry won't take too long.
As a roommate, I am very respectful, clean and organized. In college when I was sharing a house with bunch of guys, I never had a problem with anybody. I respect your personal space and I expect mine to be respected as well. I don't mind company over as long as it's not like an American Pie movie or something like that. I am single so I expect my roommate to be comfortable with a girl sleeping over every so often. I am friendly so I wouldn't mind going out and exploring the city with my roommate. Let's be friends and get to know each other. I don't know anybody out in Miami so I might feel lonely for a bit but I would love a solid wingman/wingwoman.
I'm looking forward to get to know you. I would love to move down to Miami sometime in March. The sooner the better. I would like to start off with a budget of about $600-$800/mo of rent. I have enough savings to last me a long time, even without a job, but certainly I would not have to resort to that. Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. You can follow me on Instagram @_jose_crespo if you want to stay connected and learn a bit about each other.
Talk to you soon!
