Roommate needed for an unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom at City Square Condos in Downtown San Diego. The unit is a two-story townhouse on the courtyard level with the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ's just outside the front door/patio. The two upstairs bedrooms are mirrored private rooms with private bathrooms as well as full wall length closets. Bedroom space is approximately 11x14 with an 11x2 closet. The in-unit washer and dryer are upstairs in between the bedrooms. Downstairs is an additional 1/2 bathroom, equipped kitchen and fully furnished living/dining room space.

There is one tandem parking spot included. Utilities are not included ($100 per month). A deposit of $1500 is required to secure the room and first-month rent of $1500 will be due by 8/31/20.
