Looking For Someone to Take Over My Space in Huge South Philly House

I'm posting on behalf of my roommate as I am the one moving due to a family emergency.

What's available: 2 of 4 bedrooms in a large house. My roommate (a quiet, clean, respectful woman in her late 20's who manages a pet store) has the other two bedrooms. Each master bedroom (hers and yours) are at opposite ends of the house separated by the two smaller bedrooms (one of which would be yours) and the bathroom. High ceilings with ceiling fans in each room, hardwood floors, big living room, dining room and kitchen, huge basement for storage, washer/dryer, two window AC units, huge South Philly "backyard", covered front porch, etc.

I'm not taking most of my furniture, so we can talk about it if you need some furnishings, otherwise I will have it removed before move in. It's a great space that I've been in for 3 years and am so sad to go!
