I am a Philadelphia-based Freelance Motion Designer looking to save more money by splitting rent with a roommate. I have a studio space located at Bok in South Philly and spend a lot of my time working over there since working from home doesn't really seem to be my thing.
I am 35 and still like to go out and have fun although covid has practically stopped my friend activity dead in it’s tracks. I prefer to practice very safe methods and am taking the covid thing seriously however I am comfortable with social distancing as well as living with someone new.
Im prefer to be respectful to roommates and will comply with any and all house rules. Also I like movies and tv series.
