My home (with a roofdeck and side yard!) is just a short walk away from downtown Fishtown near Genius Beer, Fishtown Social, Front Street Cafe, Interstate Drafthouse, Whipped Bakeshop, Loco Pez, Il Ghiottone, Cheu Fishtown, Suraya Restaurant, Aether Fishtown, Cedar Point Kitchen, Frankford Hall, The Fillmore, Goose Island, Bottle Bar East, Fette Sau, Johnny Brenda's, Kraftwork, Lloyd, Philadelphia Distilling, and Penn Treaty Park!
I purchased a large QLED TV and brand new furniture for the family room. Massive bar with 5 stools and kitchen table with chairs for additional entertainment space. Each bedroom is very large and can come furnished if you so desire with a smart lock on each door. 3rd floor bedroom comes with a balcony. On the bedroom door, you set the code and maintain 100% privacy of YOUR space. Large Full Bathroom with tub and shower head is shared among the three rooms. Roof deck overlooks the whole city and is perfect for responsibly entertaining small parties during the pandemic.
I also have a pretty state of the art security system, side yard with grill, home gym in the large basement with lots of storage, smart locks on front and bedroom doors, roof deck, 65 in tv, all common areas furnished, and lots of space!!
