Jason W - $850/month

I’m Jason. I grew up around Peekskill, NY, but have moved around a lot since high school. I’m currently residing in Westchester, but I’m looking to move to Brooklyn or Queens. I’m both social and independent, diplomatic, conscientious, adventurous, and open-minded.

My professional background is in geography and sociology. Most recently I worked for a global health NGO in Senegal. During the week, I go to bed by 11 and wake up by 7. Weekends vary greatly.

Cleanliness is a big deal to me. I’m not perfect, but I like to keep common spaces clean and organized. The occasional rough week is understandable, as long as it doesn’t get out of hand. I also don’t mind sharing kitchenware and other things, as long as we take care of each other’s possessions. If you prefer not to share, that’s ok too.

I do need some alone time, but I prefer to live with at least somewhat social people. We don’t have to be best friends, but I would like to live with someone(s) I can share an occasional meal with.

My monthly budget is $850 and I’m looking to move ASAP. I would like my own bedroom and am open to living with 1-3 other people.

I don’t like cigarette smoke or constant loud noises. A workout partner would be welcomed (yoga, HIIT, swimming, etc).
