Available Room for Rent

Big Room in a Big House

The room: around 150 sq ft with two windows (that don't face a brick wall!) and a closet. The room can easily fit a king size bed and a dresser. The old roommate also had a desk in there. This room is $950. We also have a second room that will be available in December. That one is small and furnished for $800.

The house: five bedrooms, two bathroom, ~2,200 sq ft. The first floor has a large open kitchen, dining room and living room, and also a separate office. The second floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement has a second living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, and a storage room for bikes and stuff. We also have a backyard!

Us: two professionals, two students, and a server. There's five total, three female and two male. There's a couple in the house who share their room. Ages range between 27 and 35. We're easy going and quiet most of the time, except when we're not, but that happens more on weekends. We don't smoke but we drink a bit, and there is usually music happening. We take covid seriously and take appropriate precautions.
