Looking for a female roommate (ideally between 18-35) to fill the second bedroom in my apartment to help alleviate some of the expense.
The bedroom has a private bathroom attached to it, and a private Juliet balcony as well. There are two identical closets, I’ve included a picture of the inside of one. The mattress and pillows are yours if you’d like, or I can sell the mattress.
I’m still slowly furnishing the living room, but as you can see, it’s got tons of amazing natural light.
Here are some additional details about the property:
• Parking is $100/month, per vehicle. If you have a car, this will add $100 to the $1,330 to bring rent to $1,430/mo. Although, honestly, I don’t think they enforce things much lmfao.
• Pet rent is $50/month per pet, unless they are an ESA/service animal.
• There is a pool and two fitness centers you would have access to.
• Business center w/ printers.
• Common area w/ communal kitchen + a pool table.
• In-unit laundry. Trash & recycling needs to be taken down to the dumpster - there is an elevator.
