I’m mainly in the finance business but have other companies I own . Work hard try to play hard whenever possible . Enjoy life looking for drama free roommate who can afford to pay rent on time and never have issues with them . I moved from NYC to miami in 2008 and lives in south beach / Miami Beach until 18 months ago moved to brickell and live it . Wholefoods is in the same building so it’s very convienet , all the best shopping and restaurants , pharmacies within blocks of the apartment . Special apartment nicest in the building . Short term I prefer month t month. It would consider with the right person longer term
