Nate R - $1,100/month

I've been in Miami a few years and am looking for a new place and roommate starting in June or July. I work weekdays and am home much of the rest of the time; my usual home activities range from nerd stuff (computer games/board games) to old nerd stuff (model building) and I'm happy to hang out too. I'm hoping to live with someone who's friendly and responsible. Not sure at the moment but I might have a cat with me; happy to discuss if that's a potential concern.
