Looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment in Los Feliz.

The apartment is located on the border of Silverlake/Los Feliz, roughly two miles from Griffith Park, close to Sunset Junction, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, grocery stores etc.

It is a bright, two-story apartment, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms upstairs and a kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom downstairs. Very quiet street. Great location for public transport. If you drive, the apartment comes with a parking spot just for you in a secured parking garage. There is also a pool and a laundry room in the building.

Your room has its own private bathroom, bright window, large closet, and balcony!

About me:
Female, in my 30's, long time vegan. I like to get out and hike/run/bike as much as I can. Big into yoga and meditation. I work from home in the common/living area, my work hours are usually 8 - 5 M-F.
I have a cat, she's a rescue, and unfortunately does not do well with other animals (I've tried many times!) so, sadly we cannot have another companion animal in the household, as she can be super territorial :(

I’m a vegan, and I don’t really allow animal products in the house, so A vegan/plant based roommate would be ideal, but if you are not vegan, we can be roommates as long as you do not bring any animal products into the apartment - this is non-negotiable. Looking for someone who is employed full time, cleans up after themselves, and understands the value of boundaries, but is also friendly and polite.
