I'm hoping to buy a home soon and the present home I've been living in for 4 years is ending as the owner has decided to sell and required us to move out by January 15. I've been living in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm easy going, clean and relatively quiet as most my work is on a computer, phone with my design teams or with my headsets on a keyboard. I travel a lot for my job as I create shows for clients and that demands that I go to the gig. Currently, I have been producing, writing and directing shows for the last 5 new-build, mega ships for Royal Caribbean. So, my day gig is working with talent at the production studios located in North Miami at the FIU Biscayne Campus.

I largely stick to myself but definitely enjoy a welcome distraction in conversation of watching a movie. Looking for a short term rental.
