Looking for a roommate that is laid back, respectful, clean and must be okay with a cat. I will have visitors once in awhile since I am from out of state, so roommate must be cool with that as well! I like to go out and have fun on the weekends but like to relax during the week.

Apartment is at the One Miami with amazing bay views and shared balcony. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with walk in closets, doorman, laundry in unit, dishwasher, gym, pool and parking garage (there is a monthly parking fee).
